We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Android to help build an exciting innovative product ecosystem from scratch.

What you'll be working on

• Design and develop a delightful and state-of-the-art Android application

• Research how cutting-edge developments in the Android landscape can be used in our app

• Work on a modern tech stack consisting of Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, GitLab, Gradle, …

• Apply pragmatic solutions and find the right tradeoffs

• Work across disciplines with the team members to architect new features

What we are asking for

• Significant experience in building compelling Android apps for consumers

• Experience working with some of these state of the art technologies: Kotlin, Clean Architecture, Dagger, Gradle, Artifactory, Git

• Proven track record of taking a pragmatic approach while solving problems

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to deal with change

• Questioning the why and bringing your own ideas to shape the product and overall strategy

• You strive to improve the overall quality and maintainability of the code base

• A big plus is someone who has built a product from its infancy

• Experience working in a startup

• Familiar with native iOS development

• German speaking
