We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who enjoys helping people, solving technical problems and interacting with people around the globe.
What you'll be working on

Lead Eimy’s customer support initiatives across multiple platforms

Take responsibility for creating and maintaining FAQ documentation

Explain situations with patience and compassion

Work closely with the QA team to triage and escalate issues

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to effectively communicate with customers in both technical and nontechnical terms

Strong people skills and a curiosity about problem solving

Analytical thinking and troubleshooting abilities

Ability to focus and deliver concise information

English and German speaking
